Spontio is launching in controlled markets and may adjust availability, features, pricing, campaign rules, and launch areas during beta.

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.

Consumers may discover, save, and redeem offers subject to campaign availability, venue rules, redemption limits, and stated campaign terms.

Redemptions may be refused or reversed if the offer terms are not met or abuse is detected.

Businesses are responsible for accurate venue information, lawful campaign copy, clear offer terms, honoring approved redemptions, and training staff on cashier flows.

Campaigns, venues, and business accounts may require moderation before going live.

Spontio uses prepaid credits for paid business activity. Stripe processes payment details and related payment events.

Credits, refunds, disputes, auto-refill, and risk reviews are handled according to the billing state shown in the business dashboard and admin records.

Users may not submit unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent content or activity.

Spontio may suspend, block, moderate, or terminate accounts and campaigns to protect consumers, businesses, staff, or the marketplace.
